WTOV?in Steubenville, OH - Wheeling, WV has a great new opportunity for a television Graphic Designer/Animator/Producer!

The ideal candidate will have?knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Knowledge of Chryon and Ross Expression a plus. The candidate?will prepare motion and static graphics for on-air promotions spots, sports programs, and client commercials.?Projects may include creating commercials, including audio and video elements.

Other responsibilities include converting media files, creating miscellaneous posters, banners, signage, TV billboards, web banners, and other graphics as necessary.?The candidate must?be able to demonstrate good digital filing skills.?This person will be given plenty of creative freedom on our Windows-based systems. Additionally, the candidate must also be able to participate in promotional and station?televised events, including occasional weekends and evenings.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
