Site Engineer

The Site Engineer position supports field activities and assists Project Managers and Superintendents.
They assist with project planning and tracking; material tracking and pricing; and project cost reporting, typically supporting one medium to large-size project.
Site Engineers learn the fundamentals of Geotechnical Construction and field technical services.
This is a field/project-based leadership position located in Steubenvill, Ohio.
Responsibilities Assists in managing the project schedule, supervises Quality Control (QC) and ensures compliance with QC requirementsCoordinates Third Party QC services, implements RECON's three phase QC program and prepares Daily Production LogsResponsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects, prepares monthly project status reports and change ordersBudget monitoring and trend trackingObserves and complies with all company specific site safety programs, assists the Site Safety Officer with accident/incident investigations, finds the root cause and suggests improvementsWorks independently and conducts tasks with limited supervision Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar type degree requiredFour years of engineering experience or similar trade; Construction field experience preferredExperience with surveying or CADExperience demonstrating progressive increase in financial/supervisory accountability and authorityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Project Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively with little or no direct supervisionMust possess multi-tasking skillsRECON is a Keller Company and offers a variety of employee benefits including competitive compensation; medical, dental and vision insurance; company paid vacation, sick leave, company paid holidays; 401K retirement plan with 6% company match, a casual dress code and work environment, and much more.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
