We are looking for a Legal Assistant who understands how to build and maintain positive relationships with others both online and offline through effective communication.
The person we hire appreciates that communication is the key to any successful healthy relationship and will make sure that the information they receive is delivered to the proper recipient.
We would love to work with someone who has experience providing customer service; who is motivated to get some practical experience; and who likes new challenges.

) What else will you be doing? Meet and greet clients for appointments with the attorneys, which will include setting up telephone and video chat appointments.
Follow-up with potential clients and people who request our free-information information.
Help build our database of client birthdays, anniversaries, kids they have, etc.
so that you can send them gifts to celebrate special occasions or just to say thank you.
Managing the flow of information, such as calls, mail, and other documents.
Drafting and sending legal documents.

Qualifications:
You are great with people (not just good).
You can easily sympathize with them, and you are good at navigating tricky social situations tactfully.
You have a pleasant phone answering voice.
You can keep your cool when someone else is freaking out.
You would enjoy answering the phone every time it rings.
It's never an interruption to you; it's an opportunity.
You can check your baggage at the door.
Basically, you're capable of coming into work without bringing outside drama in with you.
You have attention to detail and understand that there are legal consequences for errors.

OK, but how much money will I make with this job? So now we're at what you're looking for - how much money will you make? We want to work with someone on a part-time basis to full-time (for the right fit, this happens very quickly).
You will get paid between $14-$16 per hour for the first 120 days.
After that, if you like us and we like you, you will receive a raise or get terminated.
